Ms. Cochrane joined Cuesta College in July of 2025, following Clint & Connie Pearce's retirement from volunteering as the Coaches for Cuesta College Rodeo Team for 10 years. Cochrane has worked closely with the Pearce's to transition into leading Cuesta College Rodeo along with her Ranch Operations responsibilities. 

Cochrane has extensive college rodeo experience, have rodeoed at Cal Poly, SLO from 2017 through 2023. While at Cal Poly, she also served at the West Coast Student Region Director and the NIRA Student President. Having a strong relationship with the coaching staff at Cal Poly allows Cuesta College to maintain a great partnership with Cal Poly Rodeo.
